    Q

    Q. How can I view my booking?

Just grab your booking number and password and head over to the website and login. Try to ensure you remember your login details. If by chance you do lose or forget your login details, they can be located on your original booking confirmation email or contact us from the email address linked to your booking and we will email or text them through to you.

    Q

    Q. How and when do I pay my deposit?

When you go through the process of booking on Schoolies.com, you are required to secure your booking with a deposit. You can pay your deposit with Visa, Mastercard or by using BPAY. If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard of your own; get Mum and Dad to lend a hand (permission here is a must). Did you know you can lock in a room with just one deposit? Once you have paid your deposit, your friends will have 5 days to login and pay theirs. Simple!

    Q

    Q. What happens if I do not pay by the due date?

You're booking will be cancelled if you or one of your room mates do not pay by the final payment due date. Avoid this at all costs, as we don't want to dash your dreams of having the most awesome party week of your life. If you have concerns about payments regarding your booking contact us prior to your final payment date.

    Q

    Q. How do I make further payments?

Using your booking number and password located in your booking confirmation email, all roommates can login to Schoolies.com and make their individual payments using either BPAY, Visa or Mastercard. To make life easier, we suggest that you set up a monthly Layby payment plan so your payments are split into automatic, easy-to-manage monthly payments. When you pick the organiser of your group, we suggest that you choose someone that will follow up with their roommates and pass on information to the group about their booking. It will be the organiser's responsibility to ensure their group's payments are received and paid by the final payment due date.

    Q

    Q. How do I put my Schoolies on layby?

Putting your Schoolies on layby plans is super easy! Once you have made your booking and paid your deposit, log into your account and select "Set Up Monthly Payment" and enter your payment details,. That's it! For more info on our layby plans head here.

    Q

    Q. How many people can stay in my room?

When you're browsing the room descriptions you will be told the maximum capacity of that room. This must be followed at all times, due to fire and safely regulations. Anyone found cramming more people into their room than allowed will face eviction and loss of payment, which would for sure ruin the vibes.

    Q

    Q. What are my responsibilities as group organiser?

As a group organiser you are the boss. Your task is to make sure that everyone knows what's going on with payment, changes and deadlines. You will also get the privilege of receiving all information regarding your booking first! Make no mistake there is a responsibility associated with this role, but once the week begins you have the ability to make people pay you back for your work, we're talking burgers, drinks and favours.

    Q

    Q. What is the deadline for final payment?

The final payment due date does vary. This will be advised to you at time of booking. For all International Schoolies Packages to Bali or Fiji, final payment is required 120 days prior to travel and for all Leavers/WA bookings, the balance is due 21 days after making the booking.

    Q

    Q. How much is the Bond and what is it for?

Your Bond ensures that if something is damaged or needs repairing in your room it gets replaced. The Bond is at least $200 per person and you will be able to claim it back approximately 10 days after you check out, subject to the approval of the building manager. Bond amounts do vary depending on the destination and hotel.

    Q

    Q. Should I consider taking out travel insurance?

While we hope your trip runs smoothly, unexpected events can occur. From our experience over many years of organising Schoolies week holidays, we’ve seen severe weather close roads to accommodation, transport strikes affecting flights, bags that go missing on flights and public transport, and lost cameras and phones.

Having travel insurance could be the difference between an amazing trip and an awful one. While it’s not mandatory for our domestic bookings, it may be worthwhile for you to consider travel insurance for any holiday you take. Find out more about travel insurance here.

IMPORTANT: If you are travelling to Fiji for Schoolies, proof of Travel Insurance with Covid-19 coverage is currently compulsory to enter Fiji. If you book Travel Insurance via our website you MUST purchase the Comprehensive policy. If you purchase your own policy you will be required to provide proof that it includes Covid-19 coverage.

    Q

    Q. When will I receive my travel documents?

You will receive all of your documents at least 2 weeks before your check in date. Just enough time to get pumped about what should be one of the best holidays you will ever have!

    Q

    Q. How and when can I check in to my hotel or apartment?

Check-in varies between destinations and hotels. Your check in time will be confirmed on your Travel Documents which we will issue to you at least 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.

    Q

    Q. What are house rules?

Each individual building will set house rules, by confirming your booking you have agreed to the house rules. These will be the rules that you will live by for Schoolies week. Remember, these rules exist to protect you and not to step on your fun.

    Q

    Q. How will I be allocated a room?

You will be allocated an apartment that matches your booking criteria. Depending on the building you choose for your accommodation, you may be booking a privately owned apartment. The furniture and facilities of each apartment are not necessarily the same in all apartments, or the same as those depicted in images on the Schoolies.com website.

    Q

    Q. Why has the per person balance owing increased?

If for whatever reason a person has dropped out of your booking the per person price may increase. The cost of accommodation is on a per person rate, not per room. If you can find someone else to fill their spot you can change their details by logging in and heading to the booking page using the 'replace' or 'add person' function and the per person rate will revert to the original pricing.

    Q

    Q. How do I claim my Bond back?

To claim your bond, please log into your booking 10 days after departure. Select the Bond Refund button and follow the prompts. Please note Bond Refunds WILL NOT be processed by telephone. Find out more here.
